If what I have just heard is fact; there can be no hope for negotiations! What is Putin's goal? It seems he's aware of the US bombing of Hiroshima and Nagaski, as well as, the 7 decades of consequence; so why threaten exploding the largest nuclear plant in Europe? It is said to be suicidal.
