I'm a little confused about this - While NATO has declared the leaks from the pipelines were acts of sabotage, has NATO named Russia as being responsible for the deliberate acts? Surely it was not the UK whose British ships were seen in the area, as Putin has alleged.

All that NATO have said is that they take measures to protect any act carried out against the member countries.
