I wish I could say that by the time the NATO Summit is held next year in the Lithuanian capital of Vilnius, that the war in Ukraine will be over; but I don't believe it will be, unless Putin leaves this earth in the meantime. In any case, there will be much to discuss regarding re-building Ukraine.
