One of the problems that happens when there are too many 'chairs at the table'--nothing but talk, and takes forever to come to agreement on any action.
While all the talking continues it will be interesting to see on Tuesday whether the contract soldiers will "legally" flee Ukraine according to the special Russian military operation expiry date.
